LITTLE, District Judge.
The appellants have specified nine assignments of error in this appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana. These alleged “errors” can be recategorized into three principal issues, two of which are procedural and the third a substantive matter. A brief review of the procedural history and facts of the case will be helpful.
