Appellant pledged to appellee a policy of insurance on his (appellant’s) life to secure the debt of another. A little more than 20 years afterwards ap*210pellant filed Ms bill to redeem, offering to pay any balance due upon tbe debt, including, as we read tbe bill, interest to date. The court below, bolding that appellant bad slept too long, sustained a demurrer. Hence this appeal.
