(“East Bank”), appeals from a decision of the Board of Tax Appeals (“BTA”) reversing the property valuation of the Franklin County Board of Revision regarding 21 condominium units and reinstating the county auditor’s valuation of those condominium units as requested by the countercomplaints filed by the Dublin City Schools Board of Education.
