The executor of Margaret Stockett, the appellant in this cause, had in the Orphans Court of Anne Arundel county obtained a credit for the board of his testatrix and her daughter, at that time a child, from the 1st of January 18.16 to the 1st of July 1822, with interest from the first of July 1822 to the 25th of November 1823, amounting to $898.63, and the bill in this case, by the residuary legatee of Margaret Stockett, wras among other causes of complaint, filed, for the purpose of obtaining, in an account which was prayed to be taken, a recision of the above allowance.
