MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RUBEN CASTILLO, District Judge.
Charles Streeter, Keith Bryant, and Artis Jackson (“Plaintiffs”) filed this putative class action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the Sheriff of Cook County (“Sheriff’) and Cook County, Illinois (“the County”) (collectively “Defendants”), challenging a strip search policy at the Cook County Jail (“the Jail”) that allegedly violated their Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
