ROBINSON, Justice.
In this suit, sounding in nuisance, the trial court entered judgment on the verdict for damages to plaintiff’s real estate caused by defendant City’s operation of a sanitary landfill. Affirmed.
The City of Lubbock, Texas, began operation of a sanitary landfill on or about May 17, 1971. The landfill is located on a half section of land lying to the north of the City of Lubbock.
