The plaintiff brought suit to recover payments made to the defendant, his former wife, for the support of a minor son in accordance with a divorce decree obtained by her in the Superior Court. The complaint alleges that the minor son was self sustaining for the period of time for which the plaintiff seeks to recover. The defendant filed a plea to the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court, alleging that the sole jurisdiction of divorce and support matters is within the Superior Court.
