In this action Plaintiff seeks injunctive and declaratory relief and money damages for Defendant’s alleged violation of her rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 21 of the Maine Constitution.
