Elizabeth Van Burén White died December 13, 1923, leaving a last will and testament which was executed on October 3, 1923. The testatrix at the time of her death was eighty-three years of *902age. Her husband had predeceased her, and Zenobia Hill White is her only child. Zenobia is now fifty-five years of age, and is a chronic epileptic. She was adjudged incompetent by the County Court of Westchester county November 19, 1923. Mary A.
