The purpose of this action is to obtain a judicial construction of the will of Paul Sandstrom . Brown, who died, at the age of ninety years, on August 30th, 1901, seized of both real and personal property. In addition to his widow, he left him surviving, as his only heirs at law and next of kin, four sons, Mortimer, Edward, Alfred and Oscar, and a grandson, Herbert J. Carrington, the child of his deceased daughter. The will is dated June 21st, 1900, supplemented by a codicil dated August 15th, 1901.
