The District of Columbia appeals from a district court order, 691 F.Supp. 1567, entered pursuant to the Education for All Handicapped Children Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1401, et seq., requiring it to reimburse plaintiff, Mrs. Nettie Knight, for the tuition she paid for her son Andy to attend The Lab School of Washington during the 1987-88 school year. The district court reversed an administrative hearing examiner’s order that had denied Mrs. Knight’s request for tuition reimbursement. We reverse the judgment of the…
