EISMANN, Justice.

The Defendant appeals his sentence for the crime of sexual abuse of a child under sixteen years, and the district court’s denial of his motion for reduction of the sentence. We affirm the judgment of the district court.

I. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On October 14,1999, the State charged the Defendant with three counts of lewd conduct with a child under sixteen years of age in violation of Idaho Code § 18-1508 and one count of sexual abuse of a child under the age of sixteen years in violation of Idaho Code § 18-1506.
