OPINION

ROBB, Judge

Todd Dale (“Dale”) appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of his previous employer, J.G. Bowers, Inc. (“Bowers”), on his complaint for retaliatory discharge. We reverse and remand.

Issues
