This is an appeal by C. C. Divine and H. G. Divine from a judgment entered in the County Criminal Court at Law No. 2, of Harris County, forfeiting a bail bond.

The bond dated October 13, 1960, is conditioned that the principal Bobby Greer, make her appearance before the Justice Court, Precinct No. 1, Harris County, Texas.
