This is an appeal by C. C. Divine and H. G. Divine from a judgment entered in the County Criminal Court at Law No. 1 of Harris County forfeiting a bail bond.

The bond dated June 14, 1962, is conditioned that the principal, Sharon Hartley, made her appearance before the Justice Court, Precinct No. 1., Harris County, Texas.
