ROGERS, J.

The petitioner, Richard Quint, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Following that denial, the court granted the petition for certification to appeal. The petitioner claims that the court improperly denied the habeas corpus petition because he wrongfully was denied the right to self-representation during his criminal trial. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
