Before the Court are Plaintiffs’ Motions for Attorney Fees (Docs.36, 37) and Defendant Board of Education for Tullahoma City Schools’ Motion to Dismiss Request for Attorney Fees (Doc. 42). Plaintiffs move for attorney’s fees pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1415(i)(3)(B).1 (Docs.36, 37).
