Appellant, Joseph Manuel Rodriguez, was convicted of first-degree robbery and sentenced to twenty years’ imprisonment. He appeals to this Court as a matter of right. Ky. Const. § 110(2)(b). On appeal, Rodriguez raises three issues: (1) the police employed an unconstitutional identification procedure, (2) the trial court erred in admitting evidence that he stole a truck and fled the scene after the robbery, and (3) the trial court erred in denying his motion for a new trial on grounds that a juror failed to answer a question that would have caused the…
