A Bourbon Circuit Court jury found Appellant, Bass Webb, guilty of two counts of attempted murder and one count of-being a first-degree persistent felony offender (PFO). For these crimes, Appellant received a fifty-year prison sentence. He now appeals as a matter of right, Ky.
