HAZEL, District Judge.
The plaintiff is a citizen of the state of New Jersey, and the defendant is a citizen of the state of New York. The answer avers that the chose in action in controversy was assigned by the plaintiff, who was the original owner thereof, to one Martinez, á citizen of the state of New York, and subsequently, to confer jurisdiction upon this court, it was reassigned by Martinez to the plaintiff.
