Flowers, Justice:

Circuit Court of Jackson County of grand larceny of an automobile and was sentenced to one to ten years in the state penitentiary. An employee of the Sheriff of Jackson County served on the Grand Jury which returned the indictment against him. The defendant sought to quash the indictment on the basis of the disqualification of the Grand Juror and the resulting infringement on defendant’s constitutional rights.
