On the 1st day of June, 1898, George W. Roberts filed his affidavit and bond for an attachment, returnable to August term, 1898, against David Burns and Gideon Burns, partners doing business under the name of Burns Bros., and others, in the circuit court of Wood County, and sued out an order of attachment against the estate of said Burns Bros, to pay the sum of two *93thousand dollars and costs.
