In an action, inter alia, to rescind a stock purchase pursuant to Business Corporation Law § 1202 (b) and CPLR 6405, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Seidell, J.), dated January 29, 1997, which, inter alia, determined that the fees charged by the receiver were reasonable.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof which determined that fees charged by the receiver were reasonable; as so modified the order is affirmed, with costs to the plaintiff.
