DECISION AND ORDER
ADELMAN, District Judge.
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), F.V. Steel and Wire Company (“debtors”) appeal the bankruptcy court’s decision approving the final fee application of Houli-han, Lokey, Howard & Zukin Capital L.P. (“Houlihan”).
I. FACTS AND BACKGROUND
In February 2004, the debtors sought protection under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The case became possibly the largest Chapter 11 case ever handled in this district.
