Following trial, all parties having rested, Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law were made and entered herein on September 7, 2006 (351 B.R. 529 (Bankr.N.D.Ill. 2006)) (“Findings and Conclusions”). It was concluded there that the Trustee will recover judgment against Editorial Com-ercial, Grupo Serla, and Guarneros on Counts I, II, and III for their failure to make payments to Goss pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
