Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Washington County (Berke, J.), rendered June 30, 1989, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the second degree.

Defendant was indicted by a Grand Jury for the crimes of attempted robbery in the second degree, burglary in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
