I. Introduction

Pending before the court are the plaintiff Intel Corporation’s (“Intel”) motion for summary judgment of noninfringement (Dkt. No. 40) and the defendant Negotiated Data Solutions, LLC’s (“N-Data”) motion for summary judgment of non-license (Dkt. No. 77). Intel contends that it is licensed to use all four of the patents-in-suit, and thus it does not infringe any of those patents.
