On February 16, 1926, a raid was made by prohibition officers upon the home of the defendant in Monona County. He was not at home, and had not been at home for a period of three weeks next preceding. HLs house was occupied by diis wife and by her brother, who was then operating the farm. A quantity of intoxicating liquor was found m the house, consisting of several bottles of beer and two and one-half gallons of whisky.
