Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Spergel, J.), rendered September 13, 2013, convicting him of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 (3), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
