This is an action brought by Plaintiffs Cruz Ayala and Dustin Ayala (individually, “Cruz” or “Dustin,” and collectively, “the Ayalas”) under Title YII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. [hereinafter Title VII ] and the Tennessee Human Rights Act (THRA), Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-21-101, et seq., against their former employer, Defendant Summit Constructors, Inc. (“Summit”).
