Danny Joe Cotton1 appeals the judgment of his jury conviction in the Circuit Court of Cole County for the class C felony of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, § 195.202,2 for which he was sentenced to one year imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
