Plaintiff originally brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, [“Title VII”], 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging race and sex-based discrimination in her employment with defendant Honeywell. Plaintiff also asserts various state claims. The action was originally filed in the Court of Common Pleas for Franklin County, Ohio.
