This cause is before the Court on motion by the United States of America (on behalf of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”)) for partial summary judgment (docket entry no. 90), and on motion by the defendants Gulf Park Water Company, Inc., Johnson Properties, Inc., Glenn Johnson and Michael Johnson for summary judgment (docket entry no. 101).
