This is an action in which the plaintiff, a former employee of defendant Stroh Brewery Co., made several claims based on the termination of the employment relationship. De*110fendants relied on a release executed by the plaintiff. The circuit court and Court of Appeals have rejected the plaintiff’s challenge that the release was induced by duress on the ground that the plaintiff had not tendered back the consideration received for the release. We agree, and affirm.
