Mr. Justice Maxey,
On April 30, 1931, the appellee was injured by a parked automobile belonging to the City of Pittsburgh, which had run onto the sidewalk at Colwell Street and struck her. This car had been parked by a supervisor of the bureau of highways and sewers, who had driven to this locality for the purpose of inspecting the work of city employees engaged in the removal of debris accumulated in a public alley near by.
