This action was instituted in the District Court of Edwards County by Mrs. H. G. Nelson, as plaintiff, against H. Bower, as. defendant. One count of plaintiff’s petition was in trespass to try title, seeking to recover title and possession of a tract of land in Edwards County containing 109 acres, being a part of the Solomon Page League and Labor; in the alternative, the cancellation of a purported deed of trust executed and delivered on the 7th day of February, 1931, by Alfred Nelson, the deceased "husband of plaintiff, to S.
