This case, the State, as respondent, against J. W. Dickerson, appellant, comes to this Court on appeal from a conviction of the said J. W. Dickerson of involuntary manslaughter, in the Court of General Sessions for Greenville County, wherein the appellant was sentenced by the trial Judge of said Court, the Honorable C. C.
