This is an appeal on law from the judgment of the Pro bate Court of Franklin County, Ohio. A complaint was filed under §10506-67 GC by Charles O. Howard, Administrator of the estate of Oren J. Howard, deceased, against Estelle Lanman, alleging that she had “concealed, embezzled, or conveyed away moneys, goods, chattels, things in action or effects belonging to the estate of the decedent”.
