MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBINSON, District Judge

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Robert E. Walker, Jr. (“plaintiff’) filed this lawsuit alleging employment discrimination pursuant to 29 U.S.C. §§ 621, et seq., and 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, et seq. He proceeds pro se. Before the court is defendant E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company’s (“defendant”) motion for summary judgment and plaintiffs opposition thereto. (D.I. 24, 25, 26, 28, 29) The court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331. For the reasons discussed, the motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
