The appeal here is from an order of the trial court overruling appellant’s motion to set aside a judgment, which motion was predicated upon the ground that the judgment was void for the lack of service of process upon appellant. The facts disclosed by the record may be summarized as follows: On August 2, 1945, plaintiff filed a petition, authorized by G. S. 1935, 79-2801 et seq. as amended (see G. S. 1945 Supp. same sections), to foreclose tax liens upon 157 tracts of real property in Sedgwick county. There were about 200 defendants, many…
