The appellants herein and defendants below, Charles W. Adkins, Jr., individually and in his administrative capacity, and his former wife, Sandra K. Adkins [hereinafter collectively referred to as “Mr. Adkins”], appeal from an order entered December 27, 2002, by the Circuit Court of Fayette County.
