Randall Bingham, a Georgia state prisoner proceeding pro se, appeals the district court’s sua sponte dismissal, under 42 U.S.C. § 1997e(a) and 28 U.S.C. § 1915A, of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights action.
