T.P., a juvenile, appeals an order modifying disposition with Texas Youth Com*214mission (TYC) commitment for a period of three years with a possible transfer to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice— Institutional Division. In two issues, appellant contends the trial judge abused his discretion in committing appellant to the TYC and the order modifying disposition should be reformed to correct certain errors.
