In April, 1932, M. W. Wreyford was, and had been for about two years preceding, in the service of the National Refining Company as a filling station manager at the company’s filling station located at 23d and Arch streets in the city of Little Rock. It was his duty to sell gasoline and motor oil and to grease cars and keep the station clean.
