A Social Security Administration (“SSA”) administrative law judge (“ALJ”) denied Plaintiff-Appellant Kevin Greek’s application for Social Security disability benefits. After the SSA’s Appeals Council denied review of the ALJ’s decision, Greek challenged the agency’s determination in the United States District Court for the *372Western District of New York (Wolford, /.), which granted the defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings.
