This action was brought by plaintiff to secure an accounting of one-half of the profits realized by defendant under a contract made by him with E. I. duPont de Nemours and Company, on the ground that plaintiff and defendant were copartners and that defendant fraudulently induced plaintiff to part with his one-half interest in the copartnership by concealing the fact that he was negotiating for the sale of the letters patent and rights and manufacturing plant of the copartnership to the DuPont Company, and also by representing that the business of the copartnership was unprofitable…
