In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals, as limited by his notice of appeal and brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Brucia, J.), entered February 16, 1994, as granted the branch of the plaintiffs cross motion which was for pendentelite maintenance arrears in the amount of $6,750.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the branch of the plaintiffs cross motion which is for pendente-lite maintenance arrears is denied.
