In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant husband appeals (1) from stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Brucia, J.), entered January 6, 1993, which, inter alia, granted the plaintiff wife’s application for a judgment for maintenance arrears in the amount of $22,546.63, and (2) as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the same court, entered January 3, 1994, as (a) denied his motion to vacate income executions, and (b) awarded the plaintiff expert fees for the appraisal of real property in the amount of $40,000.
