WILLSON, District Judge.

This case was listed on my jury trial calendar. At the pretrial it developed that the only factual issue undetermined was the amount of loss suffered by plaintiff when six automobiles were damaged by the collapse of a part of the roof and wall of a building in which they were stored. However, during pretrial the parties agreed upon the amount of damage incurred, and the undisputed exhibits were offered in evidence, with the result that at the conclusion of the pretrial there was no factual issue remaining.
