This is a suit in assumpsit in which the plaintiff obtained a verdict upon a policy of machinery insurance issued by the Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company to the Campbell Transportation Company. The claim of the Campbell Transportation Company under the policy was assigned to R. W. Tennant, the plaintiff.
